This is a perfect blend of savoury, sweet and a hint of heat. Ideal for seafood, poultry and pork.

It is not as spicy as our jerk, though it is packed with flavour. On seafood, we recommend 4 hours, while on the poultry and pork you can go up to 24 hours.
